All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.

Collection from a DHL Service Point
If you’re unavailable to receive your order, you can choose to collect it from a nearby DHL Service Point.
DHL ODD will show you the closest locations and notify you when your parcel is ready for pickup.
If the parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to the DHL depot.
To collect your parcel, please bring:
– A photo ID (passport or driving license)
– Your DHL email or SMS notification
Vacation Hold
