Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your shipment online.

DHL ON DEMAND DELIVERY (ODD)
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers On Demand Delivery (ODD), allowing you to customise your delivery while it’s in transit.
Once your order is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email with your delivery details. If ODD is available in your location, the message will include a link to the ODD platform. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.

Signature Release
You may remove the signature requirement for your delivery. Please note that if this option is selected, SHIVKA and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once the order has been delivered.
Leave with Neighbour
Request your order to be left with a neighbour by providing their house number and any additional instructions. Please note that SHIVKA and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage after delivery.
Collection from a DHL Service Point
If you’re unavailable to receive your order, you can choose to collect it from a nearby DHL Service Point. DHL ODD will show you the closest locations and notify you when your parcel is ready for pickup.
If the parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to the DHL depot.
To collect your parcel, please bring:

Request DHL to hold your delivery for up to 30 calendar days. Where available, you may also select a preferred delivery time window.

- Do not spray perfumes or deodorants while wearing the jewellery.
- Please make sure that it is the last thing you wear and the first thing you remove.
All our jewellery products will be delivered to you in neatly packed ziplock pouches/ bags. The exterior will be a sturdy gift box, carrying your gift.
2. Leather Care:
Some tips to maintain your leather bags:
- Let your leather item naturally dry if it gets wet.
- Do not fold or bend your leather bag.
- Avoid contact with sharp objects and ink.
- Occasionally condition your leather bag with a leather conditioner.
